We set up to 40 hours per month for your product assistance throughout the early stages of software development. Even after your product has been released, our QA engineer performs manual and automated testing on it and sends any issues to our developers, who will fix them as soon as possible. The client is transferred to the service desk after three months of project development. You can reach out to key management staff here to escalate any issues you may encounter with your product. In cases of extreme urgency, your request can be addressed within 24 hours to meet its priority, depending on the priority of the situation.
What methods do you use to ensure product quality?
Every two weeks, we assess the results, test our work (both development and acceptance testing), deliver it to you, and include your feedback so you know you are getting what you paid for.
What can you do if you're unhappy with the job?
If you are dissatisfied with our work, we will set up a series of meetings to address all of the issues and possible solutions in the quickest time possible. You may track and comment on each job, review coding progress, and keep in close contact with the assigned Project Manager to ensure that product development is progressing as planned. We will continue to modify and test your project until you are completely happy.
